Past the tiers, you can grab a specific piece of the weekend and make it yours. The snow cones, the water, the goodie bags, the dinner. Saying it's brought to you by your shop is a great way to get noticed, and it helps us pull the event off directly. These ride along with a sponsorship, so you'll add them onto a Friends of the Fest or Supporting Sponsor package at registration. Pick one, grab a few, or stack a handful on top.

It's September. It's hot. Snow cones have become a thing on Saturday during the car show, and this is the fourth year of them at 944Fest. Everybody looks forward to it. Put your name on the icy flavored goodness this year.

Goodie Bags
Everyone gets a goodie bag at 944Fest, and we get the fancy kind that beg to be taken home and saved. The 944Fest logo goes on the front. The back is for our sponsors, with room for three big logos. This add-on gets you one of those three spots, and it pays for the fancy bags.

First 100 At Sign-In
Sponsor Shirt
Last year was the first year of our sponsor shirts and they were a huge hit. Everyone rushed to check in to grab one of the 100 we had, and we ran through them before dark on Thursday. Demand was so high we made a second run so folks could buy them after the weekend. There's room for ten sponsors on the back. This gets you one of those spots, and it sells out quick.

HPDE · 300 Cars
Car Number Decals
For the HPDE, we supply car numbers. Printed vinyl decals come in pairs, one for each side, with every driver's number on them. The bottom has room for three sponsors. It's a good spot. A lot of folks wear their HPDE number home and leave it on most of the year, like a badge of honor. This year we're going all out. This gets you one of the three spots on every car, all 300 of them.

Rally Car Playground
Here's a big one, and something we could really use. Last year's course was a little bumpy. Usable, but more stage rally than we hoped. This year we're chipping in to have it smoothed out (think dozer) and adding some cool features to the course. Your sponsor dollars at work. This add-on gets you full sponsorship of the Rally Car Playground, think presented by. We'll put you on top of everything and make a dedicated banner to hang at the course.

Water
We go through a lot of it over the weekend. The best way we've found is a Sam's Club run for a pallet. Think 40 bottles a case, 48 cases, that's a pallet. By Sunday it's gone and everyone stayed hydrated. It's fairly inexpensive by the pallet and everybody appreciates it. Be the water sponsor and be everyone's favorite waterboy at this year's 944Fest.

Saturday Night
The Dinner
A lot goes into the Saturday awards dinner. Slow-smoked brisket, pork, and all the fixin's. We load the smoker with around 200 lbs of brisket alone. Chipping in here helps us cover the extras, condiments, flatware, napkins, and the food itself. It's the biggest expense of the weekend besides the track, and it's something everyone looks forward to. Help out here and we'll make sure they know who you are.
