It's not cars and coffee. It's transaxles and syrup.
The Pancake Breakfast on Sunday morning is exactly what it sounds like: pancakes, hot off the griddle, made by Track Heroes for whoever shows up. The pancakes are very good. They are not the reason this is on the schedule.
The reason this is on the schedule is the Syrup Swap. Apparently, people are really into their syrup. A whole discussion started last year about it, and not just from the Canadians. We were listening and decided to provide a canvas for your sweet and sticky goodness.
If you're into syrup or know of a local favorite, bring a jug for everyone to sample. We've got the pancakes covered!
