Thursday is arrival. Friday opens the track. Saturday is the big one. Sunday is the slow exhale.
Day 1
Thursday Sept 3
Anticipation day. Gates open at 5:30. By dark, the Lounge is full and the weekend starts to feel like itself.

Pull into the staging lot outside the gates and hang out until 5:30. Unfold your camping chair, have a conversation, the first "what did you bring?"

Roll in. Get your wristband. Set up camp or head to your room.

On Track Tech BuildingThursday Evening Tech Inspection
Get your HPDE tech done before Friday morning. Beat the 7 AM line and head straight to the Lounge after.

Meet-and-greet open to every registrant. No ticket, no signup. Walk in, sit down, say hi.
Day 2
Friday Sept 4
Track is running. Burgers in the paddock. Friday night enduro turns four strangers into a team.

Tech check before sessions begin. Bring your car prepped. The morning check verifies critical safety items, not your prep work.

On Track VIR Grand CourseHPDE Sessions
All run groups on the VIR Grand Course. Up to 2.5 hours of track time across the day.

Free burgers off a real grill. Donations appreciated. Say thank you when you're in line.

Any car, any driver, no helmet, passengers allowed. Lead car up front, sweep car at the back.

Ten random teams of four. Two hours, wheel-to-wheel. Track Heroes burgers all evening.
Day 3
Saturday Sept 5
Pick a lane in the morning. End up at The Gallery. Brisket, trophies, hundreds of door prizes.

Fifty cars, several stops, lunch on the far end. Arrive by 8:30 for the Driver's Meeting.

Dirt course runs all morning. Solo runs, helmet required, any car welcome.
